I don't know why this happens. after upgrading to the latest mac os, I crashed several times because of out of disk. and then I found my disk is occupied by some temp files generated, after I restart the mac, you can see these files in my trash, 
looks like these are generated by iCloud ( I am not sure that)
how can I fix this issue since it often crash my system because of out of disk?
