Windows 10 screen static cuasing restarts

delete if not allowed but here might be more helpful that Microsoft support

I was playing a WIP game (ravenfield) when my screen glitched severally. The glitches continued until I restarted my PC, but this morning they were here to stay. The behavior is erratic, will be fine for one moment and then look something like this:

Then crash

Then start again

I have:

Updated graphics drivers,Gone through the restore windows process

What gives?
