Installation java JRE drops

I am trying to use Oracle's java JRE installer.But when I use it spawns another process (%TMP%\jre-8u311-windows-x64.exe) and then crashes with code -1073741819.
Drops this code and the caller's process, as well as the calling process.And it spawns 1 .dmp file in the default dump directory.How can I fix this or see the dump files?
BlueScreenViewer doesn't see anything.
