BSOD leading to Black screen and hang [closed]

so my pc has been getting crash lately and i myself am not a proffesional hardware user so i wanted to know what happened with my pc and ofc yes i have tried to fix this by myself.

i have 2 disk and 2 ram FYI

Here is what happened:

i've been getting blue screen with so many stop code (this happens like 3-4 days ago until yesterday when i cannot even pass the startup screen), these are the stop code that has appeared

  • IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
  • SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
  • MEMORY MANAGEMENT
  • PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA

after doing some research i assumed that most likely the problem lies in my RAM,SSD, or Motherboard. after cleaning my pc i tried it again and the blue screen stopped,

what i've tried to fix is :

  • Doing sfc/scannow (which finished without error)
  • Doing chkdsk for both of my disk got C and D (0 bad sector)
  • Changing the cable that connects my motherboard with SSD, and also change the port.
  • Running mdsched.exe to know whether i got a bad RAM or not, i also tried testing it with each RAM separated (yes the pc works with just either 1 of the RAM)

But After using it for 3-4 hours i thought it's safe so i went and plug the RAM once again and now BSOD came again with the stop code "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" and that leads to black screen and hang, so to make sure i plugged the "assumed bad RAM" off once again. and it works, but out of curiosity i tried to start the pc with the bad RAM only and it works but the sfc/scannow command stuck at 7%.

so my question is:

  • why the sfc scannow command stuck?
  • how to know whether the RAM/the Motherboard RAM slot is the bad one? (because i tried mdsched.exe with each RAM on each slot and no problem was found)

i'm currently online with the "assumed good RAM" while testing whether the error will pop up again
